Due to the handmade nature of the bag, there may be small imperfections even on standard-grade products. These can include small chips in the screen-printing, glue residue, and untrimmed embroidery threads. Most of these issues can be solved yourself with wipes or scissors.

B-grade products may have imperfections such as major screen-printing issues, dark-colored stains, or scratched windows. These imperfections do not affect the functionality of the ita bag.

C-grade products may have imperfections such as weak front magnets, missing bows and tassels, or is missing the crossbody or backpack straps. These imperfections do not significantly affect the functionality of the ita bag, but to be safe, we recommend avoiding using C-grade bags on a daily basis to minimize further wear-and-tear.
