GENERAL

Processing time: 1 - 4 weeks
U.S. shipping (USPS):1 - 2 weeks
International shipping (Asendia): 2 - 8 weeks

We ship with door-to-door tracking to all countries on the following list. If you place an order and your country is not on the list, your order will come with limited tracking and we will not be able to assist in case of issues in transit. If we find that we are unable to offer any sort of tracking to your location, we will issue a full refund and let you know through email!

Since it is convention season, it is possible that your items may sell out at a convention. In this case, we will reach out through email to discuss replacements/refunds!

TRACKING

All packages will be shipped tracked. Once the package is handed over to the post office, we no longer have any control over it. Wheatloaves is not responsible for packages damaged or lost during shipping. However, please don’t hesitate to reach out through email ([email protected]) within two week of delivery if there is a problem with your purchase! We will do our best to find a fair solution.

VAT ANNOUNCEMENT: CHANGES TO UK AND EU SHIPPING

Starting 7/1/2021, all EU orders will be subjected to additional Value Added Taxes (VAT), to be paid to your country’s customs agency upon retrieval of the package. Import taxes may apply to UK orders as well.

Please note that we will not be collecting nor remitting VAT. You will be responsible for paying any fee owed to your customs office to retrieve your package.
