✿ Where is Wheatloaves located?
We are based in Maryland, USA!


✿ Do you ship worldwide?
We ship domestically and to multiple other countries. For a full list, check out the shipping policies tab!


✿ What is a preorder?
Preorders are items that take longer than usual to produce and ship. By preordering a product, you are helping fund production while getting the product at the lowest price. Estimates of when preorder items will ship can be found on carrd (wheatloaves.carrd.co).

✿ What is last chance?
Last chance items are items we have no plan to restock. This is either due to them being limited edition or being discontinued to make space for new things. We recommend picking up last chance items when you are able to as they will not come back once sold out.

✿ Why did I get an email for item out of stock?
Sometimes we miscount our inventory and may oversell items by accident. In this case, we will reach out through email to discuss replacements/refunds.

✿ Can you combine shipping for multiple orders?
Send an email with both order numbers and we'll check it out! If we are able to combine your orders, we'll refund the extra shipping cost at the time of shipping.

If you have already received a shipping confirmation email, your package is already on its way and cannot be combined with other orders.


✿ My order was damaged/incorrect, can I get a refund/replacement?
Please email us an unboxing video with no cuts within a week of delivery so we can figure out an appropriate solution!

Unfortunately, damaged or lost packages that occur during shipping are out of our hands. However, if we determine that the issue was our oversight, we'd be happy to issue a refund or replacement!


✿ My package never arrived, what should I do?
If your tracking status shows as delivered, please wait a day as sometimes the courier will deliver the package the next day! If the package is still not there the next day, we recommend 1) checking with neighbors to see if it was misdelivered and 2) visiting your local post office to request the GPS location of the last scan.

If a package is returned to us by the mail courier, we will email you to either refund your order minus shipping, or reship it provided that you cover the new shipping fee.


✿ Can I get an exchange or refund for personal reasons?
All sales are final. Please make sure to stay within your budget before making a purchase. Please also plan ahead for additional VAT.
